One of the highlights of the annual conference is the announcement of the establishment of the First Resource Research Institute. Mr. Shi Jintao, professor and doctoral supervisor of the Institute of Human Resource Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University; Mr. Chen Shaoxiong, Vice President and Secretary General of Shanghai Biomedical Industry Association; Mr. Yang Genxing, Executive Vice President and Secretary General of Shanghai Software Industry Association; Mr. Liu Jie, Deputy General Manager of Human Resources and Director of Training Center of Shanghai Branch of China Construction Bank, and Ms. Liu Hong, general manager of First Resources jointly inaugurated the "First Resources Research Institute". Ms. Liu Hong said: We will integrate more than hundreds of HR experts from government universities and well-known enterprises, with the mission of "promoting the maturity and development of China's HR industry" and the vision of becoming "China's leading HR professional research institute". By carrying out "industry research", "project research", "professional publishing" and "professional certification" of human resources, it serves the professional quality of Chinese human resources practitioners and the improvement of the service level of China's human resources service industry. Through the systematic operation of the "Research Institute", it sets up a platform and channels for experts and professionals to transform professional wisdom into commercial value.

In the keynote speech session, Mr. Shi Jintao, academic representative and professor of Human Resource Management Institute of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and doctoral supervisor, discussed the current hot topic of "Talents in Free Trade Zone" with the title of "New Thinking on the Construction of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone and International Talents Highland". Ms. Yuan Lingzhi, Managing Director of Talent and Reward Consulting China, brought the latest insights of Towers Watson to the annual meeting. She pointed out that with the booming development of the Internet industry and the penetration into many traditional industries (such as retail, service, finance, communication, etc.), the "crossover and integration" between industries has become a general trend, and "crossover talent" has become a scarce resource. Moreover, in most cases, ready-made talents that enterprises need for cross-border development cannot be found in the market.
