u Standard booth configuration: three sides of white coaming, company fascia board in Chinese and English, general lighting, 1 negotiation table, 2 folding chairs, 1 wastebasket, 1 power socket. Empty space: No configuration is provided. The booth is designed and installed by the exhibitors themselves. The management fee of the special booth is 28 yuan/square meter.

※ Advertising cost

1. The exhibition journal will be compiled, and the exhibitors will publish a short introduction of less than 200 words free of charge (the content is provided by the exhibitors). (Unit: RMB) :

2. Technical seminars and exhibitors: Fee standard: RMB 5,000 yuan/event. The organizer will provide tables, chairs, platform and relevant equipment to help organize the audience.

1. Document notice: The organizer shall invite and organize provincial, municipal and county hospital directors, department of Armory, specialist directors and users of private hospitals, family planning departments, individual clinics and scientific research systems to visit and negotiate by issuing documents and holding special meetings.

2. Extensively invite all levels of medical institutions and hospital users, distribution agents and import and export traders from our province and neighboring province to visit and negotiate by mailing or sending exhibition attendance tickets and pre-exhibition preview, telephone invitation, email and mass text message.

3. 4. The Organizing committee will assist exhibitors to invite professional buyers individually.

※ Precautions for Exhibitors

1. Exhibitors please fill in the Exhibition Application Form with official seal and fax or mail it to the Organizing Committee;

2. After registration, exhibitors shall remit the exhibition fee to the account designated by the Organizing Committee within 10 working days;

3. Booth arrangement is based on the principle of "first registration, first arrangement". The Organizing committee has the right to make reasonable adjustments to a small number of booths;

4. Prepare and print exhibitor's manual one month before the conference, and inform relevant later events in detail;
