I. 2013(the Sixth) China Human Resources Strategic Management Annual Conference
"China HR Strategic Management Conference" was launched in 2008 by China's leading HR media - First Resources, has held its sixth annual conference. First Resources is committed to promoting the progress of human resource management in Chinese enterprises and becoming a partner for the career growth of human resource managers in China. The annual conference aims to bring together industry experts to review the major events in China's HR industry in the past year, look forward to the industry development trend in the New Year, and select and recognize the organizations and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the development of the industry and the upgrading of enterprise management.
In the past six years, the annual conference has become the brand conference and annual event of China's HR industry, which will attract more than 500 HR professionals from all over the country to attend the annual conference. At the annual conference, First Resources will also thank our friends in the industry for their long-term support in various forms.
Ii. 2013 China Human Resource Pioneer Selection
"China HR Pioneer Selection" was initiated by First Resource in 2009, inviting experts from various industries to participate and evaluate, aiming to select the HR service organizations with the most driving force in the industry, the HR management teams and individuals with great contribution to the development of the organization. To commend them for their outstanding contributions to the progress of human resource management in Chinese enterprises and share their successful experience.
The selection will be launched in September. Outstanding HR service organizations, HR management teams and individuals in the industry are invited to submit applications and participate in the selection. The deadline for application is November 30, 2013. The winners will be announced at the annual conference on December 18, with a live award ceremony.
Iii. 2013 China Training Managers Annual Conference
In today's uncertain economic situation, many enterprises are facing a lot of pressure and challenges, and many enterprises are seeking transformation and diversification. In the adjustment and change of enterprise strategy, the core talents of enterprises become one of the most critical factors for the success of enterprise reform. More and more enterprises find that the cultivation and development of core talents is a systematic work, so enterprises increasingly invest in talent training. The number of enterprise universities in China has reached thousands and is still increasing, which is a good proof.
At the same time, it is also a big challenge for training managers who specialize in enterprise talent training and development.
