Explanation:

◆ Please fill in the Exhibition Contract with official seal and send or fax it to the Organizing Committee, and remit 50% of the exhibition fee to the designated account of the Organizing Committee within 10 days, and fax the bank remittance slip to the Organizing Committee to confirm the exhibition. The deposit will not be refundable if there are cancellations without the organizing committee's reason.
◆ Booth arrangement: according to the principle of "first registration, first payment, first arrangement", the organizing committee reserves the right of final transfer of a small number of booths.
◆ Conference Arrangement: The Organizing Committee will send or fax the Exhibitor Manual (related to exhibit transportation, accommodation and time arrangement) to the exhibitor 15 days before the conference.
◆ Conference Journal: Exhibition guide, rich in content, not only widely sent during the conference, but also through various channels to domestic and foreign enterprises related insiders.
[7] Exhibition Instructions

4) Exhibitors must truthfully fill in the electricity consumption, weight and volume of the exhibition equipment, so that the organizing committee can timely distribute power and arrange loading and unloading.
5) The equipment will enter the museum from March 20 to 21.
6) During the power supply time of the exhibition, exhibitors should declare the power consumption plan to the organizing committee, and apply for power consumption at the main service desk after the preparation is ready.

7) If the exhibitors need special decoration for the bare space, please submit the renderings of special decoration design scheme and decoration materials before the end of February 2014
The Organizing committee shall review and put on record, and only with the approval of the Organizing committee can the special outfit be formally implemented.
8) The booth rented by the exhibitor shall not be subleased to others and shall not exhibit products outside the scope of exhibits.
