[IV] Exhibition fees
Booth Size: International Standard Booth: Class A booth: 3m╳3m, 8800 yuan/booth Booth B: 3m×3m, 8000 yuan/booth, 900 yuan/square meter for bare floor.
1) The standard booth of 9 square meters includes: exhibition space, baffle, fascia board, one negotiation table, two chairs, two spotlights and power interface.
2) The two-sided opening fee of the standard booth will be increased by 10%. The minimum leased area of the bare floor is 36 square meters, and the special installation management fee will be 20 yuan per square meter.

[6] Electricity charges
1, according to the size of their own equipment electrical power exhibitors need to prepare their own prototype cable. The Organizing committee only provides 220V normal lighting power (below 500 watts). Please refer to the Exhibition contract for details of electricity charges.
[7] Exhibition Instructions
1) After booking the booth, please fill in the application form and stamp it with official seal, send or fax it to the secretariat of the Organizing Committee, and pay the booth deposit (50% of the exhibition fee) within 3 days, and pay the balance before April 1st.
2) Our company will arrange the booth according to the principle of "first application, first arrangement, first payment, first confirmation". Our company will confirm the reserved booth after receiving the deposit. Otherwise, the reserved booth will not be reserved. In order to comply with the overall layout, the organizer has the right to adjust the position of individual booths when necessary. The deposit will not be returned if the exhibitors withdraw from the exhibition due to non-organizing committee factors.
3) Exhibitors must truthfully fill in the electricity consumption, weight, volume of exhibitors equipment, so that our company timely distribution, loading and unloading.
Large equipment (the weight of the machine is more than 3 tons, the length is more than 3 meters) will be arranged to enter the museum on April 15, and small equipment will be arranged to enter the museum on April 16 to 17.
4) If the exhibitors need special decoration for the bare space, please submit the renderings of the booth special decoration design scheme and decoration materials to our company for review and record before April 1, 2014. The special decoration can only be formally implemented with our company's approval.
5) The booth rented by the exhibitor shall not be subleased to others and shall not exhibit products outside the scope of exhibits.
