n After remitting the fees, the exhibitor shall fax the bank transfer to the Organizing committee for verification, and issue the invoice after receipt.
n Booth sequence allocation principle: "First application, first payment, first distribution."
n One month before the exhibition, the Organizing committee will email or download the Exhibitor Manual from the exhibitors' official website www.cdjbh.cn, which contains the main exhibition schedule, application for various exhibition services, special installation, exhibition equipment rental, exhibits transportation, exhibition rules, etc., which will help you to conveniently and efficiently complete the exhibition activities.
Ix. Terms of the Contract
n Exhibitors must abide by the relevant regulations of the Association and the Hall. See Exhibitor Manual for details.
n If the exhibitor abandons the exhibition after paying the fee, the fee paid will not be returned.
n Fake and inferior products are strictly prohibited at the exhibition.
n If exhibitors transfer their booth by themselves, the exhibition will be cancelled and the exhibition fee will not be refunded.
n In order to ensure the overall image of the exhibition, the organizing committee has the final decision of booth transfer.
n If the Organizing Committee cannot hold the event as scheduled due to irresistible factors or government reasons, it has the right to reschedule the time and place without other responsibilities.
