★ Exhibition procedures

1. Fill in the Exhibition Application and Contract Form carefully and fax, email or mail it to the Organizing Committee with official seal.

2. After the application is confirmed by the Organizing Committee, the exhibition fee (advance payment) shall be telegraphed or paid to the Organizing committee within one week. After the remittance, please fax the remittance slip to the Organizing Committee for verification. For companies officially confirmed to participate in the exhibition before April 28, 2013, their company profiles will be included in the promotional materials invited by professional sellers and stores at home and abroad for free, and distributed and mailed to both home and abroad.

3. The Organizing Committee will send the invoice and Exhibition Guide to the exhibitors after receiving the exhibitor's participation fee.
