News from the Secretariat of Sichuan Water Association: In order to promote energy conservation and emission reduction in urban and rural areas of Sichuan province and strengthen technical exchanges and cooperation of environmental engineering in water industry, Sichuan Urban Water Supply and Drainage Association will organize a visit to the 9th China (Chengdu) International Water Supply and Drainage and Water Treatment Technology and Equipment Exhibition, which will be held in Hall 6, Century City New International Convention and Exhibition Center on April 9, 2013. At that time, members of the province and the relevant water supply and drainage, sewage treatment departments will organize a group to observe, exchange and purchase.
According to the organizing committee, the exhibition has so far attracted nearly 200 water supply and drainage treatment enterprises from many countries and regions. Among them, filter International, Hebei Saigao port, Shenzhen Jin Anji, Xia Fei pump, Shanghai Datuan, Chengdu Qili, Zhejiang Shuangquan, Sichuan Sheng exhibition, Jiangsu Yulong, Chengdu United Environmental protection, Zhejiang Liou, Yuyao Fengda, Sichuan Jinhua, Guangdong Lianso and other well-known enterprises participate in the Chengdu Water Exhibition to further improve the specifications. Products on display also include water treatment technology and equipment and pharmaceuticals, membrane separation technology equipment and terminal water purification systems, water quality monitoring and testing instruments, water supply and drainage systems and pipelines, various fluid equipment, containers and other fields.
It is also noted that Tian Qinghua, senior engineer and director of Water Institute of Sichuan Academy of Environmental Sciences, will deliver a special academic lecture entitled "Sichuan Water Environment Development Trend and Pollution Prevention Prospect" at the Convention and Exhibition Center on April 9. Enterprise-level personnel from relevant industries are welcome to visit the site and exchange views.
