New product launch case - American Cherry to China

Hot summer, it is full of fresh fruit season, but also all kinds of fruit grab gate market season. Recently, cherries from the Northwest region of the United States dropped into Beijing and held the 2013 new product launch conference of "Shining with Freshness" in Yizhuang Sam's Club. U.S. Ambassador to China Gary Locke, Sam's Chief Operating Officer Andrew Wender, Northwest Cherry Association overseas Marketing Director Keith and other guests attended the unveiling ceremony.

In Beijing in July, the temperature was nearly 40 degrees Celsius. Despite this, Beijing residents' enthusiasm for Northwest cherries is undimmed. At the opening ceremony, more than 100 guests were present to enjoy the refreshing taste brought by the fresh shining northwest cherry. Locke said the Northwest cherry, a general term for cherries grown in the northwestern states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Utah, accounts for more than 70 percent of the nation's cherry production and is born between June and August. Varieties are Bing, Lapins, Sweetheart, and yellow cherry Rainier. Thanks to favorable factors such as climate and geography, cherry cultivation in the United States has a long history. As early as 1966, cherry growers in the Northwest formed the Northwest Cherry Association. Up to now, funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the association has strict requirements for the planting of Northwest cherries and strict supervision of distributors, so it has deep confidence in the quality and safety of cherries produced by the association. It is one of the best cherries in the world.

Later, Ambassador Locke also served as a salesman and distributed Northwest cherries at Sam's Club, which caused a stir. The atmosphere was warm and people tried Northwest cherries, the diamond in the fruit.
