/PRZWT/ Recently, at the "2025 Shangtou Ruxia Product Innovation and Research Summary Conference", Yunji Technology was awarded the only "Innovation Breakthrough Contribution Award" at the conference for its innovative and practical achievements in the intelligentization of Shangtou Ruxia hotels. 

At the meeting, Zhao Yongbo, the General Manager of the Hotel Division of Yunji Technology, also delivered a speech titled "The Arrival of the Hotel Intelligent Agent Era", systematically sharing the latest solutions of Yunji in the integrated innovation of "AI + robots + system platform". He focused on presenting and discussing the comprehensive value and future direction of hotel intelligent agents in enhancing service efficiency, optimizing operational management, and improving customer experience. Starting with the "Instant Noodle Cooking Robot", let innovation truly take root 

In 2025, Yunji Technology entered into a deep partnership with Shangtrui Home Inn, introducing the noodle-making robot to the breakfast areas of several Shangtrui Home Inn stores. This not only transformed the breakfast stalls into "hotspots for photo-taking and sharing", but also achieved remarkable results such as "fast food preparation, stable quality, and high popularity", making it a new benchmark for intelligent catering in hotels. As a result, the noodles served at Home Inn officially entered the "intelligent era". 

In the actual store operation, the core results were outstanding: the food preparation efficiency was increased to 65 bowls per hour, and the queue phenomenon during breakfast peak hours was basically eliminated; the time spent on cooking noodles was saved by 2.8 hours per day, and the labor cost was reduced by approximately 79.5 yuan per day, effectively alleviating the pressure on staff during the morning rush hour. At the same time, the customer satisfaction rate of the store continued to improve, with an average of 1 new customer review per day. 

The noodle-making robot has made services more efficient, quality more stable, and the burden on staff lighter. It has also restored the warmth and quality of breakfast experiences at Shangri-La Hotel. This innovative application not only enhanced guest satisfaction but also provided a replicable solution for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in the stores, becoming a benchmark case for the intelligent upgrade of hotels.
