At the end of the year and the beginning of the year, the Chinese New Year is approaching, and on the occasion of the New Year, Mrs. Le has a new move. On December 26, six "love kitchens" in Shanghai, Yunnan, Sichuan, Heilongjiang and other places were decorated with auspicious lucky characters and colorful balloons. The kitchens, restaurants and classrooms were filled with the joyous atmosphere of the New Year, and the children laughed and immersed in joy. This is the New Year activity that Mrs. Le orchestrated for the children.
"Love Kitchen" warms people's hearts, and "Small Apron" helps growth
As an important carrier for Mrs. Le to practice public welfare undertakings, "Love Kitchen" has benefited many places across the country since its launch in September 2022. At present, it has successfully established physical kitchens in six schools including Shanghai, Yunnan, Sichuan, and Heilongjiang. On the occasion of the New Year, Mrs. Le sent New Year's decorations and kitchen utensils to these schools, creating a warm and peaceful New Year's atmosphere for the children, allowing them to not only feel the strong "New Year flavor", but also deeply appreciate the care and warmth from Mrs. Le.
The "Love Kitchen" project not only provides physical kitchens and financial support for the recipient groups, but also covers multiple measures such as love public meals, cooking guidance, social practice opportunities, and low-carbon life concept advocacy. In 2024, Mrs. Le joined forces to establish the "Love Kitchen" public welfare fund to provide support to schools in remote areas.
In April 2024, Mrs. Le joined hands with the Shanghai Foreign Investment Association and the Shanghai Soong Ching Ling Foundation to donate 100,000 yuan in cash and 20,000 yuan in Mrs. Le products to Laowo Town Middle School in Lushui City, Yunnan Province; in September, Mrs. Le donated the same value of materials and cash to the Central School of Leye Town, Tongjiang City, Heilongjiang Province to help the project construction. On the occasion of Thanksgiving, Mrs. Le joined hands with the Shanghai Pudong New Area Xingcai Autism Care Center to jointly hold a Thanksgiving event at the "Happy Inn" near the campus, so that the children of Xingxing have more possibilities in the future.

Promote the cause of umami science and practice the concept of green development
In recent years, Mrs. Le has been committed to creating shared value while actively promoting the sustainable development of the umami business and brand.
The company works closely with major universities and scientific research institutions to apply the latest scientific research results to product development. At the 2024 Mrs. Le Umami Science Symposium, it exhibited the industry's first solid-state composite seasoning freshness detector, realizing the intelligence of umami evaluation, and officially released the group standard of "Matsutake Mushroom Fresh Seasoning", and explored the new achievements and future trends of umami science with colleagues in the industry, injecting new vitality into the innovative development of the condiment industry.
In terms of sustainable development, Mrs. Le integrates green concepts into the entire chain of production and operation, from raw material procurement to production and processing, to packaging and logistics, striving to reduce environmental impact and achieve efficient use of resources. Mrs. Le Shanghai Smart Factory uses advanced technologies such as OA system, automatic feeding, and palletizing robots to optimize processes, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and reduce energy consumption and waste. At the same time, Mrs. Le implements the group's green and low-carbon concept by implementing a condensate heat recovery project, using waste heat to preheat fresh air, reducing steam consumption, saving energy and reducing consumption, and upgrading key equipment.
In addition, the R & D team of Mrs. Le innovatively applied high barrier film to upgrade the aluminum foil composite packaging bag to a recyclable design to promote resource recycling. This new packaging has been applied to fresh vegetables, mushroom essence and other products.
