Based on the Zhanwan Technology industrial Internet platform, the core process parameters of the diaphragm production line are automatically collected by IoT, and are connected to MES, BI and other systems to achieve equipment interconnection. Through SPC mathematical tools such as X-R management chart and P management chart, combined with the parameters collected by IoT, the production SOP is used to monitor the change trend in real time, give early warning to possible risks, and automatically generate abnormal records of the production line. According to the quality inspection results, track and optimize the process of the diaphragm production line, improve the production capacity of the diaphragm production line and stabilize the yield.

The key production process parameters are automatically collected, the labor cost is reduced, and the equipment data management is paperless and less human. The precision optimization control of the process is shortened from the original interval of every 2 hours to every 5 minutes; Turn post-inspection into pre-warning, reduce quality defects, improve process quality by 10%, and ensure the consistency of product quality.

From digital to intelligent, equipment intelligent counter-control, enhance quality control capabilities

In order to promote the localization of the aluminum-plastic film market, Njie Shares have laid out a production base with aluminum-plastic film as the core, and its dry and thermal processes can meet the market demand, mainly used in power, energy storage, 3C and other fields. In the new energy battery aluminum-plastic film generation process, the raw material cost is high. From the digital "medical examination report", the diagnosis found that improving the slitting efficiency of the aluminum-plastic film production line is the key core to improve production capacity. The process parameters and defect information of multiple production lines can be collected automatically by connecting the slabbing machine equipment and upstream defect detection equipment. Through automatic identification of defect length, combined with automatic control system, the downstream slitter is counter-controlled to realize automatic defect collection and processing.

Manual screening and recording of scuttling defects are optimized for automatic system control and processing, which increases production efficiency by more than 3 times, reduces labor costs and improves product quality.
