Shenzhen Bay Cultural Square (Shenzhen Creative Design Museum and Shenzhen Science and Technology Life Museum), which is currently in the main construction stage, is the key project of Shenzhen in 2020, with a total land area of about 50,800 square meters and a total construction area of about 188,000 square meters. Hitachi Elevator has provided a total of 65 escalators and building traffic solutions for the Cultural Square, among which two ultra-high lift escalators with 14.7 meters of lifting height and supporting special lifting solutions have been customized for the project to solve the problems of on-site lifting construction. At the same time, Hitachi Elevator also provides 36 elevators and building transportation solutions for Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base C Tower, including double car elevator, ultra-high speed elevator, robot elevator, mobile phone APP call solutions. Among them, the ultra-high speed elevator adopts the professional aerodynamic simulation software technology, combined with the specially customized double sound insulation structure of the car and the streamlined outer fairing, can minimize the impact of air friction and noise during operation, so that the elevator running noise reduced by 10%, greatly improving the comfort of passengers when taking the elevator. The ultra-high speed elevator will be applied to the east tower of the project, which is about 391.5 meters high.Recently, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development announced that 24 pilot cities of smart construction, including Shenzhen, will actively explore new paths for the transformation and development of the construction industry, which also provides more diversified market demand and new development space for the development of the elevator industry.
