First, model integration. Modern logistics in the Internet era is not only logistics, but also the integration of logistics and service. The consumption scene is more personalized, the last mile terminal service is particularly important. Due to the characteristics of large, non-standard and fragile household products, the improvement of consumer experience in the new retail era requires an integrated household supply chain to link all links of logistics and services.

Second, resource platform. The future supply chain model of home building materials industry must be platformized, intelligent and professional. No enterprise can do a good job in all aspects of trunk line, storage, distribution, installation and maintenance from the product delivery, but the resource integration force of the platform can integrate and reconstruct high-quality resources and effectively allocate each module of the service ecological chain.

Third, intelligent platform to build an intelligent supply chain service platform. At present, the online intelligent system independently developed by Ant Anzhu includes a control tower and four intelligent engines to realize automatic order analysis, automatic matching technicians, automatic cost settlement and automatic vehicle loading, creating a visible and controllable assembly line for the whole process and realizing intelligent collaboration from order management to cost settlement.

Mr. Wang said that the complex scene under the new retail model needs to focus on solving the problem of delivery. Ant Anju has focused on logistics services in the home building materials industry for more than 20 years, providing integrated solutions of dry, warehouse, distribution, safety and maintenance for domestic first-line home brands. At present, Ant Anqi has 46 warehouses, more than 400,000 square meters of warehouse area, 3,000 + delivery vehicles, 200+ service providers and 18,000 service personnel in the country, weaving a highly efficient collaborative warehouse distribution "ground network", and the construction of online intelligent information system "Sky network", the effective deployment of each link, each module, the full integration of online and offline.
