2. The enterprise shall remit the exhibition fee (50% or full payment) to the designated account of the organizing committee within 7 days after the registration, so as to determine the booth;
3. The financial team will issue and receive the invoice or send it to the financial team according to its requirements; The Organizing committee refuses to accept cash and non-negotiable checks;
4. Booth and advertisement will be arranged by the Organizing committee. "First application, first payment, first distribution". Co-organizers may have priority. If you need to specify a booth, an additional 30% will be charged.
5. After the exhibitors confirm the registration, the Organizing committee will send the Exhibition Manual to the exhibitors 60 days before the exhibition (including the transport guide of exhibits, reception, activity schedule and other information).
6. If the exhibitor quits the exhibition midway after registration, the exhibition fee paid will not be refunded.
7. In order to comply with the overall layout of the exhibition, the organizing unit has the right to adjust the position of individual booths when necessary.
