Recently, the organizer announced that due to some unmediated factors and in the best interest of exhibitors and visitors, the China Shanghai International Footwear & Leather Goods Exhibition (CIFL), originally scheduled for April 17-19, 2013, will be moved to May 23-25, 2013, at the Shanghai Exhibition Center.
Organizers said the abrupt change in time has been inconvenient for all parties and a challenge for the organizers. But through the organizer's active consultation and rapid adjustment, this change has been understood and supported by the vast majority of exhibitors. Some exhibitors believe that the new date is more conducive to exhibitors and visitors to fully plan the exhibition and visit schedule. The exhibition has been held in Shanghai in May and June for the past three years, as this is also the best preparation period for the retail industry to adjust its internal brands. The two months leading up to summer, retail's slow season, are usually the best time to review a year's sales and make timely brand changes.
