The AT32M412 series is a high-performance microcontroller product specially designed by Atoll for the motor drive application market. It is based on the ARM® Cortex®-M4F core, with a maximum main frequency of up to 180MHz. It is equipped with 128+28KB Flash and 16KB SRAM, featuring high-speed computing performance. It integrates 18 external channels including 4 OP, 2 CMP, 2 12-bit ADC, etc., which are rich resources required for motor drive. It performs outstandingly in terms of performance, reliability and stability, and is widely used in electric two-wheelers, electric scooters, washing machines, compressors, frequency converters, industrial fans, servo motors, robot joints and power tools, etc.
In addition, at this seminar, Lin Jinhai, the Product Marketing Director of ATL, delivered a wonderful keynote speech titled "AT32 MCU Continuously Empowers Innovative Applications in Robots and Diverse Motor Drives". The AT32M416 and AT32F456 series MCUS from Atoll offer efficient and flexible solutions for robot drive and control. Among them, the AT32M416 integrates a CAN-FD communication interface and adopts a compact QFN32(4×4mm) package design, which CAN be perfectly embedded in structures with extremely limited space such as the fingers of dexterous hands, significantly improving the utilization rate of PCB space and the flexibility of system design. It has now been successfully applied in scenarios sensitive to volume, such as dexterous hands and quadruped robot dogs. The AT32F456 series, on the other hand, offers more powerful performance to meet complex control requirements. It is equipped with a Cortex®-M4F core, with a main frequency of up to 192MHz and 512KB of built-in Flash, making it capable of easily handling multi-degree-of-freedom collaborative control of fingers and complex communication tasks. It has up to 3 CAN-FD interfaces, providing the entire machine with high-speed and stable multi-node real-time communication capabilities, accelerating the intelligent collaboration of the robot system.
